Smoked Pulled Pork
Our pork melts in your mouth. We select marbled pork shoulders and rub them with our special seasoning salt, then slow smoke them with hickory and oak wood for 18 hours until the meat falls off the bone. The pork is shredded in its own juices and served with our special barbeque sauce on the side.
